Welcome to Fly App. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fly App platform, including all services, features, and content provided through the application. By accessing or using Fly App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.1. Eligibility

- By using the platform, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate, complete, and lawful.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and activities conducted through their accounts.
2. About the Platform
Fly App is a digital marketplace that enables users to buy, sell, and rent agriculture and construction-related equipment, machinery, tools, and products.- Fly App acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting users.
- We do not own, manufacture, inspect, or guarantee the products listed on the platform.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that all listings comply with applicable laws and regulations.
3. User Listings & Conduct
By posting or listing products on Fly App, users agree that:- All product information, pricing, images, and descriptions are accurate and not misleading.
- Listed items are genuine, legally owned, and safe for intended use.
- Prohibited, illegal, harmful, or fraudulent items must not be listed.
- Users shall not engage in activities that may harm the platform, other users, or Fly App’s reputation.
Fly App reserves the right to remove any listing or restrict access to users who violate these Terms.
4. Transactions & Payments
- Transactions conducted through Fly App are solely between buyers, sellers, and renters.
- Fly App is not a party to any agreement, negotiation, or transaction between users.
- Users are encouraged to use only secure payment methods available through the platform.
- Fly App shall not be responsible for payment failures, delivery issues, pricing disputes, or product quality concerns.
5. Rental Responsibilities
Users participating in rental services agree to:- Return rented items within the agreed rental period.
- Maintain rented products in proper condition during use.
- Compensate for damages caused due to negligence, misuse, or intentional harm.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:- Fly App shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access to the application.
- Fly App is not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, fraud, or misconduct between users.
7. Suspension & Termination
Fly App reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts without prior notice if:- These Terms are violated,
- Fraudulent or illegal activities are suspected,
- User conduct negatively affects the platform or other users.
